30!

Well, this week I've worked up to 30 mins on the "demon", on level 1. Worked out with my trainer today. We ab work today. When I go to the gym tomorrow, I'm going to try to make it 35 mins. I hoping to add 5 mins every week. Step aerobics is still kicking my butt, but it is getting a little easier. My walking buddies were not available this week. I think doing different a type of exercise daily, is keeping me from getting bored.

Work this week will probably be stessfull, it's board meeting week, and I may have the name of my new boss. We'll see...
